How long does delivery take? It depends where you are and which item you order. Products in our UK Fast Dispatch collection ship from a UK warehouse to UK customers, typically arriving within [X–X working days]. Our US-stocked products ship from a US warehouse to US customers, usually within [X–X working days]. The dispatch location and estimated delivery time are shown on each product page, so you always know before you order.

When will my order be dispatched? We aim to dispatch orders within [1–2] working days. You’ll get a confirmation email, and tracking details where available, as soon as it’s on its way.

Can I track my order? Yes — once your order ships, we’ll send tracking information by email so you can follow it to your door.

What’s your return policy? If you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, contact us straight away and we’ll put it right. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Are your products safe for children? Our fidgets are designed for focus and stress relief and are loved by all ages. That said, some items contain small parts or magnets and aren’t suitable for young children — always check the age guidance on the product page, and keep magnetic items away from under-3s.
