We want you to love your fidget. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

## Your right to cancel (UK)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within **14 days** of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, email us at StressLessFidgetsCo@gmail.com with your order number.

After cancelling, you have a further **14 days** to return the item to us. Items must be returned **unused and in their original condition and packaging**.

## Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a refund, replacement or repair. Please contact us within **14 days** of delivery at StressLessFidgetsCo@gmail.com with:

- your order number, and
- a photo or short video showing the issue.

We'll sort it out at no cost to you.

## How to return an item

1. Email **StressLessFidgetsCo@gmail.com** with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply to confirm the return address and next steps.
3. Package the item securely and post it to the address we provide.

**Please do not send any item back before contacting us** — returns sent without prior contact may not be processed or refunded.

## Who pays for return postage

- **Faulty, damaged or incorrect items:** we cover return postage.
- **Change-of-mind returns:** you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that don't reach us.

## Items we can't accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original sellable condition — unless the item is faulty.

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**.

  • Change-of-mind refunds cover the price of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
