Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order processing
All orders are processed within **1–2 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Total time to receive your order = processing time (1–2 business days) + the delivery window above. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs, peak periods, or weather.
### Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location shipping.
### Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't moved after 5 business days, contact us at StressLessFidgetsCo@gmail.com.
### Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost at checkout.
### Lost, delayed or undelivered orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at StressLessFidgetsCo@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, so please double-check your details at checkout.

## Returns & Cancellations Policy
### Your right to cancel (UK)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within **14 days** of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, email us at StressLessFidgetsCo@gmail.com with your order number.
After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Items must be returned **unused and in their original condition and packaging**.
### Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a refund, replacement or repair. Please contact us within **14 days** of delivery at StressLessFidgetsCo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
### How to return an item
1. Email StressLessFidgetsCo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
3. Package the item securely and send it to the address provided.
Please do not send any item back before contacting us — returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
Who pays for return postage
- **Faulty, damaged or incorrect items:** we cover return postage.
- **Change-of-mind returns:** the customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items we don't receive.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original sellable condition, unless the item is faulty.

## Refunds Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds for change-of-mind returns cover the price of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
